Admission

Application can be obtained from the College office in working days on payment of Rs. 1500. The applications can also be downloaded from our college Web Site and filled in application can be sent to the college address along with the application cost by DD/M.O in favor of SIVARAJ MEDICAL COLLEGES Eligible candidates will be called for the admission directly.

Original Certificates have to be produced at the time of admission:

• 10th mark sheet 
• 12th mark sheet
• Community certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Nativity certificate
• Migration Certificate for other state candidates only 

• Conduct certificate
• 12 Passport size photos
• Address Proof (Ration card)
• ID Proof Xerox
• Fitness certificate
• income certificate

Eligibility

A candidate seeking Admission to the B.S.M.S, B.N.Y.S, B.H.M.S, should have a pass in H.Sc/PDC / CBSE/ Intermediate or any other equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology/ Biology with the percentage of marks mentioned below as per the regulations of The T. N. Dr. M. G. R. Medical University and Government of Tamil Nadu .
